Order request

The possibility of placing orders in the Online store on the website www.ninfaperlada.com is restricted to orders whose delivery and billing addresses are in the territory of Mainland Portugal or in the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira.
Orders for delivery to PO Boxes are not accepted.

The products presented in the online catalog are limited to existing stock. In case of unavailability of any item, Ninfa Perlada will inform the Customer.

For some products, duly identified, the order may be limited to a certain number of copies.

Payment methods

The Customer can pay for their purchase using an ATM reference, mbway, card (Visa; MasterCard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal.

Using PayPal, you can make payments quickly and securely with your account or credit card, without sharing any financial information with the Ninfa Perlada website.

Order cancellation

The customer may cancel the order, as long as it has not yet been processed by Ninfa Perlada. Cancellation of the order can be formalized via email sent to the address ninfaperladaceramica@gmail.com or through the form available on the website for this purpose.
The Customer must mention the order number and their tax identification number, otherwise the withdrawal will be ineffective.

Non-acceptance of the order

Ninfa Perlada reserves the right not to accept the order, informing the Customer, in the following cases:
a) Out of stock;
b) Unavailability of the article;
c) If Ninfa Perlada considers there to be misconduct on the part of the buyer or any inconsistency in the personal data registered.

Exchange or return policy

The exchange may be refused in the following cases:

Exchanges: Ninfa Perlada accepts exchanges of pieces only with a duly justified defect but which are in perfect condition (exactly the same condition in which they arrived), within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the order. Note that Ninfa Perlada's pieces are handcrafted, handmade without any use of molds. For this reason they have an imperfect and rustic shape. The exchange of parts, which are in perfect condition, can be carried out within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order. It is possible to exchange for pieces of equal or greater value. If they are of a higher value, the customer must pay the difference using the means indicated by our team.

To proceed with the exchange, you must contact the email ninfaperladaceramica@gmail.com, specifying the reason for the exchange, the order number, the reference of the items to be exchanged and the new parts you wish to receive.

Items for exchange must be returned in their original packaging, along with the cards received. This shipment must only be made after confirmation of the return given by the Ninfa Perlada team. This shipment must only be made after confirmation of the return by the team and the existence of stock of the desired parts. The return must be made by registered mail via CTT or DPD and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

There is also the possibility of returning the item to a designated point in Ponte de Lima, subject to prior appointment via email at ninfaperladaceramica@gmail.com.​

The new chosen pieces will be sent within a maximum period of 14 days, after payment confirmation (when necessary) and upon receipt of the piece.

Ninfa Perlada reserves the right not to accept returns of products without prior notice, as mentioned above, and/or that do not meet the same compliance conditions as on the date of delivery to the Buyer (namely products that have undergone any type of use, transformation, damage and/or lack of original packaging/accessories/additions/part labels).

Limitation of liability

We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free from typographical errors and, whenever these occur, we will correct them as soon as possible. If the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to a return under the terms of point 9.

Registration and protection of personal data
