Standard home delivery

All orders confirmed by Ninfa Perlada will be delivered to the address that the Customer specified for delivery when placing the order.

Collection at the Ninfa Perlada store

We currently do not have a physical store to collect orders.

After order confirmation you will receive:

1. A message informing you that your order has already been collected by the carrier at our facilities. (delivery change value charged by the carrier).
2. A second message approximately 3h to 30 minutes before delivery, you will be contacted by telephone by the carrier.

Delivery times

The expected delivery time is 1 to 3 business days for mainland Portugal; 7 to 8 business days to Madeira Island; 8 to 9 business days for Porto Santo Island; 8 to 11 business days for São Miguel Island; from 9 to 14 business days for the Santa Maria, Terceira, Faial, Pico, Graciosa and São Jorge Islands and from 10 to 17 business days for the Corvo and Flores Islands; 3-day Peninsular Spain tour.

If the same order includes items subject to different delivery times, the longest delivery time for the items included in the order will be considered as the delivery time for the entire order.

At the moment we only offer shipping to Portugal and Spain. However, if warranted, we will move towards shipping worldwide.
